New red lights have been installed in the main intersection in Woodville and are expected to be in working order late next week.
The new lights will be easier to maintain, brighter, and steadier than the current ones that tend to blow around in the wind. They will also include motion sensor camera's that will detect traffic to better control vehicle movement late at night.
The old lights will still work until the new ones are put to use, but will periodically turn to flashing red lights. It is important to pay attention to these changes and know that the intersection is a 4-way stop during those times.
