Spurger Operation Graduation Talent Show

Spurger Talent Show Participantsby Emily Waldrep-

The Spurger Operation Graduation talent show was a huge success, and raised more than $200 dollars for the Senior class.

Acts in the show included Ashley Hall singing "Called to Worship," Kayla Purvis singing "Crazy," Luke McLeod and Hunter Smith singing, "No Tomorrow," and Luke McLeod and Mattie Fortenberry singing "All things New."

Mrs. Yancy, teacher at Spurger ISD even preformed her talent as she sang "Amazing Grace." Another noteable performance was Amber Dodson performing sign language to the song "You Are My Everything."

The winners of the talent show were Emilee Shumake, Loni McLeod and Jamie Shoemake with their hip-hop performance of "Then I Saw Your Face." The girls had the entire crowd laughing, and were a great end to the show.

Everyone that preformed and organized the even would like to thank Tyler County for all the support, and hope to have events like the talent show in the future.
