Tyler County candidates seeking office in the 2018 Republican primaries drew for their position on the ballot on Thursday afternoon. Luke Babin, third from left, drew a number 2 for his dad while twin brother Philip Babin looks on. Lucas Babin is in a three-way race for Criminal District Attorney for Tyler County. The March ballot will list Amy Bythewood, Babin and Jim Spencer, in that order. The drawing was conducted by Tyler County GOP chairman Michael Paddie with some assistance by County Judge Jacques Blanchette, who is unopposed. (Valerie Reddell photo)
